These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of this website and to every order you place with Dr. Monroe’s CBD Emporium (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Age requirement
You must be 21 or older to use this site and to purchase our products. By placing an order you confirm that you are 21 or older. We may ask for proof of age and may cancel any order we believe was placed by someone under 21.
2. Using this site
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the site, try to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or copy its content for commercial use without our written permission.
3. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity under your account. Please give accurate, current information and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
4. Products and descriptions
Our products are hemp-derived CBD wellness products containing less than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis, as allowed under the 2018 Farm Bill. Certificates of analysis are posted on our Lab Results page. We try to describe and show products accurately, but colors, packaging and labels may vary slightly. Always read the label and follow its directions before use.
5. Orders and pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Placing an order is an offer to buy; an order is accepted when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of a pricing or stock error, suspected fraud, an age concern, or a shipping restriction. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full. Prices and availability can change without notice.
6. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover). Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your full card number. By paying, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method. Sales tax is added where required.
7. Shipping
We ship within the United States only, and only to places where our products may lawfully be sold. Delivery times are estimates. 8. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund & Guarantee policy (30-day money-back guarantee), which is part of these Terms.
9. State and local laws
The 2018 Agriculture Improvement Act (the “Farm Bill”) allows for shipment of hemp-derived products across the United States. However, many states have their own laws regarding products that contain THC, and in certain states these laws may be applied against hemp-derived products that are legal nationwide. You are responsible for checking and following your state and local laws. When you order from us, you agree that we are not responsible for, and you release us from, any liability or losses you may incur as a result of state or local laws.
10. Product statements and health disclaimer
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Information on this site is for general education only and is not medical advice. Talk to your doctor before using any CBD product, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Some drug tests may detect cannabinoids; use is at your own discretion.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, logos, product names, images and design, belongs to Dr. Monroe’s CBD Emporium or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not use it without our written permission.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as stated in our Refund & Guarantee policy or required by law, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise any specific result from using our products.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
14. Indemnity
You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or products or your breach of these Terms.

16. Governing law
